At riitek.in, we assure the presence of authentic products. All our items are absolutely genuine and are 100% sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorised distributor network. Before shipping, we do several levels of quality assurance checks, to eliminate any & all chances of counterfeit products. Overview

RIITEK believe in offering an ’Easy Breezy return policy’ to its customers, wherein you can smoothly ask for a return/exchange of a product within 7 days of its delivery. Also, there is a provision where we accept partial return request for one or all products in your order. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Policy

SHA MAKNAJI VEERCHAND (Legal Representative of www.riitek.in) will initiate the refunds withing 15 workings days from the date on which www.riitek.in receives and verifies returned goods.

Case 1: In case of prepaid order through online payment, the amount will be refunded back to the same source from which the payment was made within 7 working days. 

Case 2: In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, refund will be initiated via bank transfer or UPI transfer against the refund amount and the billing details shared by buyer. This process will be completed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the products back.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@riitek.in and send your item to return address.

Please note:

  1. Cash-on-Delivery charges and are not refundable.
  2. Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
  3. Kit/Set/Combos Products are not eligible for returns or replacement.
  4. All Products under the Clearance Sale are not eligible for returns or replacement unless an item is received in a damaged/defective condition or you have been sent a wrong product.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

How can you raise the request to Return/Replace/Refund:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email support@riitek.in You can also visit your order page to initiate returns within 7 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Share your order ID and your request to return/replace/refund. Do share an image of the product and the invoice of the order.
  • Step 3:  Pick up is done within 2-4 business days.

Special Guidelines for reverse pickup: The reverse product will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 4-5 working days.
After the product is picked along with the packaging box, we will initiate refund after carefully examining it.

Note:

  1.  If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
  2. Refund or replacement is processed only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
  3. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
  4. In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If, product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
  • If, product is returned without original packaging (including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories) or if original packaging is damaged
  • If, barcode or serial number is tampered.
  • If, you return defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • If, Product is used or altered
  • In case if request is raised after 7 business days of order delivery
  • If, free product is provided

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. Buyer need to send us an email on support@riitek.in with specific reasons for the cancellation or call us on +91 8554356969 (Mon – Sat: 10 am to 6 PM), and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Once buyer have made request the cancellation of item(s) in your placed order, it will take us a maximum of 2 business days to process the order cancellation request. Notification for the same will be shared via email.

Once the cancellation request is duly processed by us, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 2-3 business days.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Case 1: In case of Prepaid order, where the shipment is out of warehouse in mid of delivery, cancellation request cannot be processed, and the buyer needs to raise a return/replace request.

Case 2: In Case of Cash-on-Delivery order, where the shipment is out of warehouse in mid of delivery, cancellation request cannot be processed, but the buyer can refuse the delivery with minimum/ small charges.

Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
