At Riitek, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring a smooth customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms outlined below.
We dont have 15days policy, we have only 7 days policy
Return & Replacement Packaging Policy
To process your return or replacement smoothly, please follow these packaging guidelines:
Keep the original box and all accessories that came with your product (Monitor, adaptor, cables, manuals, freebies, etc.) safe for the duration of our 7-day return/replacement window. You'll need these when sending the item back.
When you're ready to return or replace the product, pack it securely using the original packaging, along with all accessories that were included at the time of delivery. Place this inside a sturdy outer box to prevent damage during transit.
Please note: Returns or replacements cannot be processed if the product is shipped without its original packaging or missing accessories. Items sent without proper protective packaging will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our support team within the eligible period and provide:

- Product details
- Reason for return or replacement
- Product images (if applicable)

Return & Replacement Packaging Policy

- Monitor / Display Unit
- Adaptor
- Cables
- User Manuals
- Freebies or additional items included at delivery
When returning or replacing the product, pack the item securely using the original product packaging along with all accessories received at the time of delivery.
The packed product should then be placed inside a sturdy outer box to help prevent damage during return transit.
Please Note: Returns or replacements cannot be processed if the product is shipped without its original packaging or with missing accessories.
Items returned without proper protective packaging may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If you receive a damaged display, defective screen, incorrect printer model, damaged thermal paper, missing accessory, or wrong item, contact our support team immediately with images and order details so we can review and resolve the issue.
Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns or replacements may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Used or installed screens and display products
- Products with physical damage after delivery
- Displays damaged during installation or handling
- Pocket printers showing signs of use
- Opened, used, damaged, or partially consumed thermal paper rolls
- Products returned without original accessories or packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications
- Sale or promotional products unless found defective
Replacement Policy
Eligible defective or damaged products may be replaced after inspection and approval by our support team.
Replacement availability is subject to stock availability and successful product verification.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on your payment provider.
