Delivery Details
Please note that the dispatch is done within 1-3 business days from the date of receiving the order (exclude Sundays and Public holidays)

Delivery is completed within 7-10 business days since an order has been placed.
Order deliveries will be made between 07:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST
Order may reach in multiple package (sub-orders), if overall order includes products from different brands or manufacturers.
In case of COD orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected; shipping costs will be charged for both to & from at actuals.
In case pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process, and in case of COD- reward points will be deducted from customer account, and/or adjusted during next order

Shipping Details
The Shipping process begin once our system receives & processes your order, they are packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.
Our Logistic handler delivers the package to you at the earliest.
Tracking the delivery status can be easily done using Tracking ID provided by our delivery partners on e-mail or mobile number used while placing the order.
Order Receiving will need to be signed by the receiver (you, a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc) for upon delivery... *Please note- Riitek takes no responsibility for Delivery signed by an alternative person.
Sha Maknaji Veerchand. (legal representative of www.riitek.in) will not be responsible for damage after delivery.

If at all you receive shortage or damaged item(s), you must be report to customer care on the very same date of delivery either via email at info@riitek.in or calling at +91 8885241706 (Please provide your order number and elaborate the issue.)
