Is the portable touchscreen monitor compatible with Apple devices?

Yes. The monitor is compatible with iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, Mac Studio, and iMac. Supported features depend on the device and operating system.

*Natively, macOS does not support touchscreens
or finger-scrolling gestures. Plugging in a portable
touch monitor via USB-C or HDMI only gives you
basic single-pointer click-and-drag cursor control.
To enable one-finger or multi-finger scroll
gestures, you must install a third-party multi-
touch driver utility like Touch-Base UPDD or
open-source alternatives like Touch-Up

Does the touchscreen work with an iPhone?

No. iPhones support external display output but do not support external touchscreen input.

Can I enable touchscreen support on an iPhone through Settings?

No. There is no setting, app, or adapter that enables external touchscreen control on iPhone.

Can I extend my iPhone display like Samsung DeX?

No. iPhones do not support a desktop mode or true extended display. Most apps only mirror the iPhone screen.

Does the touchscreen work with an iPad?

No. iPads can display content on an external monitor, but touch input from the monitor is not supported.

Can iPad extend the display instead of mirroring?

Yes. Supported iPads with Stage Manager can use the monitor as an extended display.

Can I control my iPad by touching the monitor?

No. Use the iPad touchscreen, Apple Pencil, Magic Keyboard, trackpad, or mouse.

Does the touchscreen work with MacBook Air?

Yes. Basic touch functionality is supported when the USB touch cable is connected.

Does the touchscreen work with MacBook Pro?

Yes. Basic touch functionality is supported when the USB touch cable is connected.

Does the touchscreen work with Mac mini, Mac Studio, and iMac?

Does macOS support 10-point multi-touch?

No. macOS does not natively support 10-point multi-touch. External touchscreen monitors typically work as a single-touch (mouse emulation) device.

Can I use multi-touch gestures such as pinch-to-zoom or rotate on macOS?

No. Multi-touch gestures are not supported on external touchscreen monitors in macOS.

Does the monitor support Apple Silicon Macs?

Yes. Compatible with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) and Intel-based Macs.

Can I use Apple Pencil on the external monitor?

No. Apple Pencil works only on the iPad display.

Can I use Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, Bluetooth mouse, or keyboard?

Yes. These accessories work normally with supported Apple devices.

Can I use HDMI only?

No. HDMI carries video only.

For HDMI connections, you must also connect the USB cable from the monitor to the same device that is connected via HDMI. The USB connection carries the touchscreen data and, on some devices, may also help power the monitor. If additional power is required, connect the monitor to a suitable USB power adapter.

HDMI Setup:

- USB (to the same device) → Touch Data
- External USB Power (if required) → Monitor Power

Can I use a single USB-C cable?

Yes. If your device supports USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode, a single USB-C cable can provide video, touch data, and power (subject to the device and monitor specifications).

Can I mirror my iPhone or iPad?

Yes. Screen mirroring is supported on compatible devices.

Can I rotate the monitor to portrait mode?

Yes. Portrait mode depends on your operating system and display settings.

Can I watch Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV, or play games?

Yes. The monitor supports media playback and gaming. However, touch control is not available on iPhone and iPad.

Why isn't the touchscreen working?

Check the following:

- The USB touch cable is connected.
- If using HDMI, the USB cable is connected to the same device as the HDMI cable.
- Your device and operating system support external touch input.
- The monitor has sufficient power.
