Delivery Duration
Please note that the dispatch is done within 1-3 business days from the date of receiving the order (exclude Sundays and Public holidays)
- Delivery is completed within 7 business days since an order has been placed.
- Order deliveries will be made between 07:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST
- Order may reach in multiple package (sub-orders), if overall order includes products from different brands or manufacturers.
- In case of COD orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected; shipping costs will be charged for both to & from at actuals.
- In case pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process, and in case of COD- reward points will be deducted from customer account, and/or adjusted during next order
General Shipping Information
- The Shipping process begin once our system receives & processes your order, they are packed and handed over to our trusted logistics partner.
- Our Logistic handler delivers the package to you at the earliest.
- Tracking the delivery status can be easily done using Tracking ID provided by our delivery partners on e-mail or mobile number used while placing the order.
- Order Receiving will need to be signed by the receiver (you, a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc) for upon delivery... *Please note- Riitek takes no responsibility for Delivery signed by an alternative person.
